Ab Circle Pro (** Out Of *****)
It’s hard to know the real benefits of the Ab Circle Pro fitness machine. Surfing the internet, it’s obvious that some people really love it while others are very critical and aren’t happy about their purchase.
The positive reviews say that using it really makes your abdominal muscles stronger and flatter. The naysayers, however say things like “There’s no lifetime guarantee for a reason. It can break down on you.” They point out that your knees can take a beating because the knee pads aren’t that supportive and that it’s really your arms that are getting the workout as they’re positioned to do a lot of the work.
It’s always wise to be cautious when there claims from a particular workout technique or machine that it will be the answer to all your problems. Everyone in the fitness business is obviously trying to sell something, and the way to do that is to try to make weight loss, toning, and fitness look easy.

Fitness is hard work, and this Ab Circle Pro can’t do the work for you. In fact, you have to be in pretty good shape to use it. Also, a lot of people say that just can’t lose the fat from the place they want on their bodies, as it doesn’t particularly do a good job at targeting these areas.
Does the Ab Circle Pro really work? It probably does some good, and perhaps it’s enough that it gets you to exercise more than you would have since it’s in your home. It’s usually better to be more active rather than less, and just starting a physical program that works the abdominal muscles is a good thing.
But be somewhat wary. See if it suits your purposes. Perhaps you have a workout schedule and this would just be a nice addition to help you tone a particular area. Realize that it can’t be your whole workout or your entire home gym.
Decide whether it’s worth the $200 pricetag. Weigh it against the cost of gym membership, classes, or other exercise equipment that you might purchase.
Bottom Line: Frankly there are better ab machines (in structure and function) on the market.
