The perfect exercise for weight loss is any exercise that you can be faithful to. It takes time and devotion to lose weight. To guarantee that you are successful, make an exercise routine that you will have fun with. It does not make a difference if running burns 100 calories each mile if you hate to run (and you probably won’t stay with it).
Rather concentrate on fun activities that challenge you also. Technically speaking, aerobic activities use the most calories. This is why it is necessary to include some type of aerobic exercise in your workout. Cardiovascular exercise – The foundation of your exercise routine should be mostly cardiovascular activities.
If you are a beginner when it comes to exercise, start with walking. Even though it is easy, walking at a fast pace is an excellent way to improve your level of fitness. Aim for a minimum of 10,000 steps everyday. Other kinds of cardiovascular exercise consist of basketball, soccer, swimming and running. Interval training – When your level of fitness gets better, try including intervals with your exercise.
An interval is a mixture of high intensity and low intensity in the same workout. For instance sprinting for 30 seconds followed by jogging for a minute. This is a challenge as well it is good for burning calories. Your body is continuously being challenged and the result is that more energy is used. Intervals are only suggested for people who have a previous exercise regime and not for people who are just beginning.
Cross training – An additional wonderful method to burn calories and also to maintain an interesting workout is cross training. When two or more exercises are performed as part of an exercise regime this is known as cross training. For instance: Someone who runs decides to swim on alternate days. An elliptical machine is also perfect for this. Make sure to check out elliptical machine reviews.
In conclusion, the best exercises to burn calories are cardiovascular activities. Although several activities use more calories than other activities, this does not mean too much if you don’t like to do them. Pick an exercise routine that is effective for you.
Your routine should challenge you but should be an activity that you want to do. Just like all things, it takes time to lose weight. Keep in mind that this is just part of it. An additional part concerns how you eat.

I agree with you that cardio exercises are best for losing weight for sure. The only problem is, they can get boring so people don’t stick with them. It is best to change it up every week or so. Maybe play some sports and change it up every week. Nice post Giovanni!
