Body Solid has created some of most popular and well known home gyms on the market today. They have built a very solid reputation for themselves with their high quality exercise equipment.
Their most accessible home gym is the Body Solid EXM1500S. Its regarded as a good, solid entry-level gym for those that are just starting their first exercise regimen.
It’s a versatile home gym that is both small compatible. It offers over 20+ exercises. It’s geared to exercise most of the major muscle groups in the body.
There is also low pulley station on the side of the machine, that is perfect for arm exercises.
The one drawback is that it does not have a leg press station.
It’s very well constructed. It has a heavy duty steel frame and the vinyl pads are completely tear proof.
The exercise program that is recommended for the Body Solid EXM1500S consists of 20 minutes a day for 3 days a week. But I think you’ll have to dedicate a little more time if you want to see the kind of results you probably want.
The weight stack is 200 lbs. The weight plates are in 10 pound increments.
