It’s a very accessible machine. It’s used by both workout beginners and gym rats. With its solid and sturdy frame, you can see why so many people really enjoy using the machine. The cables operate smoothly.
The pec fly movement alone is worth the price tag.
The only real knock I’ve heard on the Bodycraft Galena is the fact that it does take some time to assemble. I recommend that you put it together with another person as you are going to need the assistance. Even then, it still might take up to 4 hours to build.
Bottom Line: Definitely recommended.
