Aero Pilates machines are constructed and sold by Stamina, a company that also creates a wide variety of other additional exercise equipment. The construction of Aero Pilates equipment has a striking resemblance to a “rower” machine; but, it varies somewhat because it concentrates on exercises that work the stomach, arms, and legs. The machine uses the weight of the exerciser’s body for resistance.
What makes the AeroPilates such a great piece of equipment is that it makes Pilates fun. With the free-form rebounder, you jump while lying down, as if it was a trampoline. In the meantime you’ll lose weight and build up your cardio.
Additionally, the machine comes with a Level 1 Workout DVD for those people that are brand new to Pilates, the 20 minute cardio workout DVD, as well as a full-color workout chart.
The AerroPilates comes with adjustable straps, ropes, handgrips, etc…so it can be used by anybody, irregardless of a person’s size. The machine is great for building up your target heart rate, in an effective manner, just as if you were on a treadmill.
The overall goal of the machine is to increase your flexibility, posture, and strength. There are well over 100 exercises that could be done on the AeroPilates strengthen your body.

Everybody who has used the Stamina AeroPilates has given it nothing but high praise. It’s a very well constructed piece of equipment that will last a very long time.
There are really only two drawbacks to the machine:
The weight and the price.
The Stamina AeroPilates comes in at a very hefty 142 pounds, and has the dimensions of 94″ X 23″ X 15″. This is by no means a small machine. You are going to have to make sure you have enough space in your home.
This is not a cheap machine. The average price online for the Stamina AeroPilates is about $899.99. But I have seen it on eBay for as low $599.99.
Bottom Line: If you can afford the high price tag, then this a near-perfect Pilates Machine.
