Since there is no power driven motor, it is ideal for use outside on a nice day. As you would have guessed, with less moving parts and minimal electronics, Stamina InMotion II is virtually maintenance free and therefore also comes at a fraction of the cost of its high-tech cousins.
But let us not forget that you cannot jog on a manual treadmill and if you are one of those exceptionally tall, 6 foot plus persons, then maybe this model is not for you. With Stamina InMotion II, the focus is on simplicity and portability and very good value for money.
